Ingredients

  • 200g cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 60g rice flour (or any flour of your choice)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Favorite toppings (vegetables, cheese, herbs)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Mix cottage cheese, egg, rice flour, and salt in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and shape into a round crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 15-20 minutes until slightly golden.
  5. Add favorite toppings to the baked crust.
  6. Bake again for another 10 minutes until cheese melts and is bubbly.
  7. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
