Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Mix cottage cheese, egg, rice flour, and salt in a bowl until well combined.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and shape into a round crust.
- Bake the crust for 15-20 minutes until slightly golden.
- Add favorite toppings to the baked crust.
- Bake again for another 10 minutes until cheese melts and is bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
Experiment with different toppings and herbs for unique flavors. For a gluten-free option, use rice flour.
