Description

A warm, cheesy wrap filled with savory flavors, perfect for quick weeknight dinners or family brunches.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until everything is well combined.
  2. Take a tortilla and divide the filling evenly among them. Top each with a handful of fresh spinach and diced tomatoes, adding parsley if desired.
  3. Roll each tortilla tightly, making sure to tuck in the ends as you go.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Slice the wraps in half and serve them warm with your favorite dipping sauce if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. You can freeze unassembled wraps for up to 3 months.
