- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until everything is well combined.
- Take a tortilla and divide the filling evenly among them. Top each with a handful of fresh spinach and diced tomatoes, adding parsley if desired.
- Roll each tortilla tightly, making sure to tuck in the ends as you go.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve them warm with your favorite dipping sauce if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. You can freeze unassembled wraps for up to 3 months.
