Description

A quick and delicious one-pan meal that combines the flavors of traditional egg rolls with healthy, easy cooking.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground pork or chicken
  • 4 cups coleslaw mix
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Instructions

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add your ground pork or chicken. Cook until browned, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, allowing them to cook for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the coleslaw mix along with the soy sauce. Stir everything together until the veggies are tender.
  5. Season your dish with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and your choice of optional toppings.

Notes

For additional flavor, consider adding spices like red pepper flakes or a splash of rice vinegar for brightness.
