A simple and delicious crockpot teriyaki chicken that is perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients

- 1.5 pounds chicken breasts
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 2 cups broccoli florets (optional)
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, combine the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and minced ginger.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- If desired, add the broccoli florets on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken in the sauce and serve over rice or noodles.
Notes
Feel free to customize with low-sodium soy sauce or gluten-free teriyaki sauce. Add sesame seeds and green onions for garnish.
