- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Toss in the shrimp and cook until they turn pink and opaque, roughly 3–4 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For a lighter version, use half-and-half and skip the Parmesan. This dish can be served with rice, pasta, or a fresh salad.
