- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup water
- Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, diced avocado, fresh cilantro
Instructions
- In your crockpot, combine all the canned ingredients: black beans, kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes with green chilies, diced tomatoes, and tomato sauce.
- Stir in the taco seasoning along with the water to mix everything well.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes.
- When ready, serve hot and let everyone add their favorite toppings.
