Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • Toppings: dark chocolate drizzle, chopped peanuts, shaved chocolate (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add cottage cheese to a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Incorporate peanut butter, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla extract, then blend until creamy.
  3. Gradually add milk for desired mousse consistency; chill for 30 minutes for a firmer texture if desired.
