- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients.
- Combine the cottage cheese, almond flour, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking soda, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl.
- Mix all the ingredients together until smooth using a hand mixer or whisk.
- Fold in the chocolate chips evenly into the dough.
