Description

A creamy and healthy edible cookie dough made with cottage cheese that’s perfect for snacking.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients.
  2. Combine the cottage cheese, almond flour, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking soda, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together until smooth using a hand mixer or whisk.
