Description

Light and fluffy gluten-free bread made with cottage cheese, perfect for low-carb diets.


Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, separate the egg whites from the yolks.
  3. Add cottage cheese and a pinch of salt to the egg yolks, mixing until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the egg whites into the cottage cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  6. Scoop the mixture onto the baking sheet, forming 6-8 mounds and flattening them slightly.
  7. Bake for about 25-30 minutes until golden and set.
