- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, separate the egg whites from the yolks.
- Add cottage cheese and a pinch of salt to the egg yolks, mixing until well combined.
- In another bowl, beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the egg whites into the cottage cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- Scoop the mixture onto the baking sheet, forming 6-8 mounds and flattening them slightly.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes until golden and set.
- Let cool before serving. Enjoy your cloud bread!
