Description

A comforting slow-cooked dish of kielbasa and green beans mixed with baby potatoes and aromatic vegetables in chicken broth.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. In your crockpot, combine the sliced kielbasa, trimmed green beans, halved baby potatoes, chopped onion, and minced garlic.
  2. Pour the chicken broth evenly over the top.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning if you’re using it.
  4. Cover your crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Once done, serve warm and enjoy this comforting meal!

Notes

Feel free to swap out kielbasa for other sausages or use vegetable broth for a lighter version. Add more vegetables like carrots or bell peppers for added nutrition.
