- 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- In your crockpot, combine the sliced kielbasa, trimmed green beans, halved baby potatoes, chopped onion, and minced garlic.
- Pour the chicken broth evenly over the top.
- Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning if you’re using it.
- Cover your crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until the vegetables are tender.
- Once done, serve warm and enjoy this comforting meal!
Notes
Feel free to swap out kielbasa for other sausages or use vegetable broth for a lighter version. Add more vegetables like carrots or bell peppers for added nutrition.
