- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- In the crockpot, combine the browned beef, kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, chopped onion, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, and seasoning.
- Stir everything until well combined.
- Cover your crockpot and cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- When it’s ready, serve hot and enjoy the flavors!
Notes
Serve with warm cornbread, sour cream, or avocado. Leftovers last up to 5 days in the fridge or can be frozen for 3 months.
