Description

A hearty and satisfying Crockpot chili that combines ground beef, beans, and spices for a cozy meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. In the crockpot, combine the browned beef, kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, chopped onion, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, and seasoning.
  3. Stir everything until well combined.
  4. Cover your crockpot and cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. When it’s ready, serve hot and enjoy the flavors!

Notes

Serve with warm cornbread, sour cream, or avocado. Leftovers last up to 5 days in the fridge or can be frozen for 3 months.
