Description

A tender and flavorful roast beef dish cooked in a slow cooker with Catalina dressing, perfect for busy weeknights and family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 34 pounds beef roast
  • 1 cup Catalina dressing
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: vegetables (carrots, potatoes) for serving

Instructions

  1. Place the beef roast in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the Catalina dressing, beef broth, sliced onion, and minced garlic.
  3. Pour the mixture over the beef roast in the slow cooker.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. If using, add vegetables around the roast.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours, until the beef is tender.
  7. Serve with the cooking juices.

Notes
