- 6 large whole wheat tortillas
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup croutons (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan in a large bowl. Toss until mixed.
- Lay out the whole wheat tortillas on a clean surface.
- Evenly distribute the chicken mixture into the center of each tortilla.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll up tightly from the bottom.
- Slice each wrap in half and serve with chicken chips or fresh veggie strips.
