Description

Delightful chicken wraps featuring crispy air-fried chicken breast, gooey mozzarella, and fresh toppings, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Lettuce, tomato, and other desired toppings

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts thoroughly with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge the chicken in breadcrumbs until each piece is nicely coated.
  4. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and drizzle a tablespoon of olive oil on top.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until the chicken is cooked and crispy.
  6. Remove the chicken from the fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  7. Layer your tortilla with sliced chicken, shredded mozzarella, and your choice of toppings.
  8. Roll up the tortilla tightly to create your wrap.
  9. Optional: Return the wraps to the air fryer for an additional 2-3 minutes to get the cheese nicely melted.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
