- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Lettuce, tomato, and other desired toppings
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Season the chicken breasts thoroughly with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge the chicken in breadcrumbs until each piece is nicely coated.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and drizzle a tablespoon of olive oil on top.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until the chicken is cooked and crispy.
- Remove the chicken from the fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Layer your tortilla with sliced chicken, shredded mozzarella, and your choice of toppings.
- Roll up the tortilla tightly to create your wrap.
- Optional: Return the wraps to the air fryer for an additional 2-3 minutes to get the cheese nicely melted.
