Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the cottage cheese, eggs, mozzarella, and optional seasonings in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a pizza crust about 1/4-inch thick.
- Bake the crust for 12–15 minutes, until it is set and lightly golden.
- Remove the crust from the oven and add your desired pizza toppings.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 5–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the toppings are cooked to your liking.
