Description

A delightful low-carb casserole that combines shredded chicken, broccoli, and cream cheese for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
