- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese generously on top.
- Drizzle the casserole with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden.
