Instructions
- Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in crumbled feta cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
- Gently fold in the cooked gnocchi, mixing until well combined.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional feta or Parmesan if desired.
Notes
