Description

A rich and creamy garlic Parmesan chicken dish that transforms a weeknight dinner into a luxurious experience.


Ingredients

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally or pound to an even thickness. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sear the chicken for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. Lower the heat and melt butter in the same skillet. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream to deglaze the pan, incorporating brown bits from the bottom. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and let simmer until sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Return seared chicken to the skillet and simmer for another 2–3 minutes to coat with the sauce.

Notes

Serve over mashed potatoes or polenta for an elevated dining experience.
