Description

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 4 Cloves of Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken to the hot skillet and cook until golden, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  7. Stir in grated parmesan until melted and the sauce is smooth.
  8. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the creamy sauce.
  9. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
  10. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
