- 1 cup Heavy cream

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Add the chicken to the hot skillet and cook until golden, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in grated parmesan until melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the creamy sauce.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
