Ingredients
Scale
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

- Cook chicken pieces with salt and pepper for 6-8 minutes until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Deglaze the pan with chicken broth, scraping up browned bits, and simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
- Make the sauce by stirring in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, cooking until thickened for 3-4 minutes.
- Combine with Italian seasoning and return cooked chicken to the skillet, heating through for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve by dividing rice into bowls, topping with chicken and sauce, and adding steamed broccoli.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For a lighter option, use vegetable broth or milk instead of heavy cream.
