Description

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups ramen noodles
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (like broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large pot. Add the sliced chicken and sauté until it’s browned.
  2. Incorporate the minced garlic and let it cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
