Description

A delightful chicken salad combining tender chicken, tangy cranberries, and crunchy walnuts, perfect for lunch or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • 1 cup celery (chopped)
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup walnuts (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a healthier twist)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped celery, dried cranberries, and chopped walnuts.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
