Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
- 1 cup celery (chopped)
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup walnuts (chopped)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a healthier twist)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped celery, dried cranberries, and chopped walnuts.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, mixing once more.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.

Notes
