Instructions
- Preheat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Mix the flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until combined.
- Dip each chicken breast first into the egg mixture, then coat thoroughly with the flour mixture.
- Fry the chicken breasts in the hot oil for about 6-8 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
