Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Mix the flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until combined.
  4. Dip each chicken breast first into the egg mixture, then coat thoroughly with the flour mixture.
  5. Fry the chicken breasts in the hot oil for about 6-8 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
  6. Remove from oil and let drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve hot with gravy, mashed potatoes, and green beans.
