A creamy and colorful pasta salad combining cottage cheese, tuna, and fresh veggies, perfect for picnics or quick meals.
Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain and rinse it under cold water to cool it down.
- In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, drained tuna, diced celery, diced red bell pepper, diced onion, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Mix everything together until well combined.
- Add the cooled pasta to the mixture and stir until you’ve evenly coated everything.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as you prefer.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to develop.
- Optionally, garnish with fresh herbs before serving to add a pop of color and freshness. Enjoy!

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Best served chilled.
