This 3-ingredient cottage cheese queso comes together in about 5 minutes for a high-protein snack or appetizer that’s creamy, cheesy, and seriously addicting!

- 1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat)
- 2–3 teaspoons taco seasoning
- ½ cup shredded pepper jack or cheddar cheese
- Optional toppings: pico de gallo, cilantro, red onion, cherry tomatoes, crushed red pepper, additional shredded cheese
Instructions
- Add cottage cheese and taco seasoning to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a microwave-safe bowl, add shredded cheese, and microwave in 30-second increments until the cheese is melted (about 60-90 seconds).
- Serve warm with toppings of choice and tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
