Ingredients

  • Tortilla chips
  • 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños

  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place tortilla chips in a bowl as the base.
  2. Top the chips with cottage cheese and layer on black beans, diced tomatoes, and sliced jalapeños.
  3. Sprinkle chopped green onions and shredded cheese on top if desired.
