- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a ramekin or small baking dish to prevent sticking.
- Blend the cottage cheese in a mixing bowl until it’s smooth and creamy.
- Add the cocoa powder, almond flour, sweetener, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt to the cottage cheese. Mix everything until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared ramekin.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes. The edges should be set, but the center must remain soft for that gooey lava effect.
