Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a ramekin or small baking dish to prevent sticking.
  2. Blend the cottage cheese in a mixing bowl until it’s smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the cocoa powder, almond flour, sweetener, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt to the cottage cheese. Mix everything until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared ramekin.
