- 2 Large Whole Eggs
- ¾ tsp Garlic Powder (optional)
- 1 cup Cottage Cheese – Full, Reduced, or Fat-Free
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning (optional)
- Oregano
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray it with cooking spray.
- Pour the blended mixture onto the baking sheet and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle oregano or other toppings over the surface.
- Bake at 350°F (176°C) for 30–35 minutes, checking for doneness based on thickness.
- Once golden brown, remove from oven and let cool before serving.
Notes
Experiment with different spices and herbs for flavor variations. You can also add vegetables or create a sweet version by adding cinnamon.
