Description

A delightful low-carb flatbread made with cottage cheese, perfect for wraps, dips, or as a side dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Large Whole Eggs
  • ¾ tsp Garlic Powder (optional)
  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese – Full, Reduced, or Fat-Free
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning (optional)
  • Oregano

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray it with cooking spray.
  3. Pour the blended mixture onto the baking sheet and spread it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle oregano or other toppings over the surface.
  5. Bake at 350°F (176°C) for 30–35 minutes, checking for doneness based on thickness.
  6. Once golden brown, remove from oven and let cool before serving.

Notes

Experiment with different spices and herbs for flavor variations. You can also add vegetables or create a sweet version by adding cinnamon.
