Instructions

- Spoon small amounts of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading them out evenly.

- For the microwave method, place a microwave-safe plate with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Spread the cottage cheese mixture on the plate in small, thin circles.
- Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, checking frequently to avoid burning.
