Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (256g) whole milk small curd cottage cheese (4% milkfat)
  • Seasonings of your choice (optional)
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese with your chosen seasonings and Parmesan cheese if using.
  4. Spoon small amounts of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading them out evenly.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden and crispy.
  6. Let them cool before enjoying your cottage cheese chips.
  7. For the microwave method, place a microwave-safe plate with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  8. Spread the cottage cheese mixture on the plate in small, thin circles.
  9. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, checking frequently to avoid burning.
  10. Allow cooling; they will crisp up as they cool down.
