A creamy, spicy, high-protein twist on classic buffalo chicken dip—made lighter with blended cottage cheese for rich flavor without the extra fat.

- 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (e.g., Frank’s)
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken breast
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper (optional)
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
- Blend cottage cheese, buffalo sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl and stir in shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, and bell pepper.
- Spread mixture into a greased baking dish and top with extra cheese.
- Air fry at 375°F for 8–10 minutes or bake at 400°F for 12–15 minutes. Broil for 2 minutes if desired.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Blend the cottage cheese fully for the best creamy texture. Leftovers can be used in wraps, quesadillas, or as a potato topping.
