Description

Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 200 g cranberry sauce
  • Zest from 1 orange
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse the chicken under cold water and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  3. Sear the chicken breasts for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Add garlic, rosemary, and thyme in the last two minutes of cooking.
  5. Stir in cranberry sauce and orange zest, letting it simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  6. Serve the chicken on a platter, topped with cranberry sauce and garnished with fresh herbs.
  7. Enjoy with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
