Description

A creamy and rich chocolate protein pudding that’s a perfect guilt-free snack or dessert.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 cups Greek yogurt (full-fat, plain or vanilla)
  • 4 scoops chocolate protein powder (approximately 2 to 3 tablespoons per scoop)
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine the Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, unsweetened cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and maple syrup in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk all the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for about one hour.
  4. Dish out the pudding into bowls or dessert cups and top with whipped cream, shaved chocolate, or fresh berries if desired.

Notes

Feel free to experiment with flavored yogurt or different sweeteners. Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
