- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 cup crushed strawberries
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually blend into the creamed mixture until combined.
- Fold in the crushed strawberries and chocolate chips.
- Drop cookie dough by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets, leaving space for spreading.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown around the edges.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.
Notes
For the best flavor, use fresh strawberries. Don’t overmix the dough after adding dry ingredients.
