Description

A refreshing and versatile chicken salad with grapes, cranberries, and almonds, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup sweet seedless grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped or slivered almonds
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken breast until fully cooked, then shred into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, grapes, cranberries, and almonds.
  3. Add mayonnaise or Greek yogurt and stir until everything is well coated.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and give it a final stir.
  5. Serve in a sandwich, over greens, or as a side dish.
