Description

Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced (any color)
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 slices of provolone cheese
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced chicken, bell pepper, and onion. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook for about 7-10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Spoon the mixture into each hoagie roll.
- Add a slice of provolone cheese on top of the filling.
- Optional: Place the sandwiches under the broiler for one minute to melt the cheese.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. They also freeze well for up to three months.
