Description

A hearty and comforting dish featuring juicy chicken, colorful bell peppers, and melted provolone cheese, all in soft hoagie rolls.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced (any color)
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 4 slices of provolone cheese
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken, bell pepper, and onion. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cook for about 7-10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  4. Spoon the mixture into each hoagie roll.
  5. Add a slice of provolone cheese on top of the filling.
  6. Optional: Place the sandwiches under the broiler for one minute to melt the cheese.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes
