- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Toppings of choice (e.g., marinara sauce, vegetables, additional cheese)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix until you achieve a dough-like consistency.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly onto a lined pizza stone or baking sheet. Shape it into a crust roughly 1/4 inch thick.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust turns golden and is fully cooked through.
- Remove the crust from the oven and add your desired toppings. Return to the oven for another 10 minutes, allowing the cheese to melt and become bubbly.
- Let the pizza cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
For best results, avoid overmixing the ingredients and feel free to add more cheese for extra flavor.
