- 2 cups cooked shredded or chopped chicken
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup softened cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (or 1 teaspoon dried)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- Optional: Baby spinach, shredded lettuce, or sliced tomatoes for added crunch and nutrition
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and parsley. Stir until creamy and well blended.
- Lay the tortillas flat. Spoon one-fourth of the chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla. Add any optional veggies if desired.
- Fold the sides of each tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom to form wraps, ensuring the filling stays inside.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush on the outside of each wrap.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and toast for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from skillet, slice each wrap in half, and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
