Description

Delicious and satisfying wraps filled with tender chicken, gooey cheese, and aromatic garlic, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 4 large tortillas
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup spinach or other greens
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until it becomes fragrant.
  2. Toss in the shredded chicken and spinach. Cook until everything is heated through. Don’t forget to season with salt and pepper.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat and scoop a portion of the chicken mixture into the center. Top it off with shredded cheese.
  4. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it from the bottom to the top.
  5. Place the wraps seam-side down on a skillet over medium heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and the cheese is melted.
  6. Slice in half and serve warm.
