- 4 large tortillas
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup spinach or other greens
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until it becomes fragrant.
- Toss in the shredded chicken and spinach. Cook until everything is heated through. Don’t forget to season with salt and pepper.
- Lay a tortilla flat and scoop a portion of the chicken mixture into the center. Top it off with shredded cheese.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it from the bottom to the top.
- Place the wraps seam-side down on a skillet over medium heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Slice in half and serve warm.

For extra flavor, consider adding spices like paprika or cayenne pepper to your chicken mixture.
