Ingredients
Scale
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it for easy cleanup.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- Place the chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet with space between them for even cooking.
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, Italian herbs, salt, black pepper, and onion powder. Mix until well blended.
- Brush the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of each chicken breast.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 22-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Patting the chicken dry enhances browning and flavor. Let the chicken rest before slicing to maintain juiciness.
