Description

A healthier homemade version of the iconic Big Mac, packed into a convenient wrap. Perfect for busy weeknights or family dinners!


Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • ½ cup finely chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Dill pickle slices (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Special Sauce: In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, chopped dill pickles, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Cook the Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté until translucent, then incorporate the ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until browned.
  3. Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat, spoon the beef mixture onto the center, add the special sauce, lettuce, and cheese, and optional pickles.
  4. Wrap and Serve: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly. Cut in half if desired and serve immediately.
