- 4 skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish with butter.
- Lay the chicken breasts flat in the dish.
- In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup with garlic powder.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Drizzle melted butter over everything to coat.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
