Description

An easy and delicious chicken bake that transforms weeknight dinners with minimal effort and delightful flavors.


Ingredients

  • 4 skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with butter.
  3. Lay the chicken breasts flat in the dish.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup with garlic powder.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken.
  6. Sprinkle breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Drizzle melted butter over everything to coat.
  8. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  9. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
