Description

A simple and beginner-friendly seed drink that supports digestion, curbs cravings, and promotes fullness perfect for starting your weight-loss journey.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 2 tbsp ground pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
  • 810 oz warm water
  • Fresh lemon juice or zest (to taste)
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Fresh grated ginger (optional)
  • Optional: 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • Optional: Pinch of turmeric
  • Optional: 1/2 tsp honey

Instructions

  1. Grind flaxseeds and pumpkin seeds if not already ground.
  2. Mix equal parts of chia, flax, and pumpkin seeds (2 tbsp each) into a jar or container.
  3. Add 1 tbsp of the seed mix to 8-10 oz of warm (not boiling) water.
  4. Add lemon juice or zest, a pinch of cinnamon, and optional ginger or other flavorings.
  5. Let the mixture sit for 3-5 minutes to allow chia to swell and flavors to infuse.
  6. Stir again and sip slowly on an empty stomach in the morning.

Notes

Always grind flax and pumpkin seeds for better absorption. Start with one serving daily to let your digestion adjust. Avoid doubling the portion when starting out to prevent bloating or discomfort.
