Instructions

- Combine all seeds in a clean bowl.
- Pulse the seed mix in a grinder until slightly coarse do not over-powder.
- Store the mixture in an airtight glass jar in the fridge for up to two weeks.
- Add 1 tablespoon daily to smoothies, yogurt, or warm water.
- Optional: For a seed drink, soak 1 tablespoon in warm water for 20-30 minutes and sip slowly.
