Description

A nutrient-packed drink using chia, flax, pumpkin, and hemp seeds designed to support satiety, digestion, and sustainable energy for weight loss and daily consistency.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • Optional: lemon juice, cinnamon, or ginger for flavor
  • 8 oz warm water

Instructions

  1. Lightly toast pumpkin seeds in a dry pan for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Let them cool, then mix with chia, flax, and hemp seeds.
  3. Pulse the seed mix in a grinder just enough to crack for better absorption.
  4. Store in an airtight glass jar in the fridge for up to two weeks.
  5. To make the drink, soak 1 tbsp of the mix (or just chia/flax) in 8 oz warm water.
  6. Let it sit for 20-30 minutes or overnight for thicker texture.
  7. Optional: Add lemon juice, a pinch of cinnamon, or ginger before drinking.

Notes

For best results, drink on an empty stomach in the morning. Stay hydrated throughout the day and be consistent for long-term benefits.
