Ingredients

- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- Optional: lemon juice, cinnamon, or ginger for flavor
- 8 oz warm water
Instructions
- Lightly toast pumpkin seeds in a dry pan for 2-3 minutes.
- Let them cool, then mix with chia, flax, and hemp seeds.
- Pulse the seed mix in a grinder just enough to crack for better absorption.
- Store in an airtight glass jar in the fridge for up to two weeks.
- To make the drink, soak 1 tbsp of the mix (or just chia/flax) in 8 oz warm water.
- Let it sit for 20-30 minutes or overnight for thicker texture.
- Optional: Add lemon juice, a pinch of cinnamon, or ginger before drinking.
