- 1 tsp collagen peptides (optional)

Instructions
- Boil 2 cups of water and remove from heat.
- Whisk in unflavored gelatin until completely dissolved.
- Add lemon juice and optional collagen or spices; stir well.
- Pour mixture into a glass container or silicone molds.
- Refrigerate for 3–4 hours or until fully set.
