- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and lime juice to create the bang bang sauce. Mix well.
- Toss the chicken cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Thread the seasoned chicken cubes onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Drizzle the bang bang sauce over the skewers before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
Soak wooden skewers in water for about 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning. Adjust the heat level of the bang bang sauce by modifying the amount of Sriracha used.
