Description

Delightful cookies stuffed with creamy Oreos, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 pack of Oreo cookies

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients.
  5. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Take a spoonful of the cookie dough, flatten it, place an Oreo in the center, and wrap the dough around it.
  7. Place the stuffed cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
  9. Let cool before transferring to a wire rack.
