- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 pack of Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Take a spoonful of the cookie dough, flatten it, place an Oreo in the center, and wrap the dough around it.
- Place the stuffed cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
- Let cool before transferring to a wire rack.
