Description

A creamy and rich Tuscan chicken dish made with succulent chicken breasts, sundried tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sundried tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  3. Toss in the sundried tomatoes and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, seasoning with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
  5. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the creamy sauce over the top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  7. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

Notes

Serve over pasta for a full meal. Can substitute heavy cream with half and half or Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
