Description
Crispy, cheesy, and incredibly easy, these baked cottage cheese crisps with everything bagel seasoning make the perfect high-protein snack.
Ingredients
1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning (adjust to taste)
Parchment paper or silicone baking mat

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

2. Scoop 1-tablespoon mounds of cottage cheese onto the tray. Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.

3. Sprinkle each mound with everything bagel seasoning before baking.

4. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

5. Let crisps cool on the tray for at least 10 minutes before serving.

Notes
Use full-fat cottage cheese for the best texture.
For extra flavor, try mixing in grated parmesan or cheddar.
Store in an airtight container lined with a paper towel to keep crisps fresh for up to 4 days.
