Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 diced onion
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 cups prepared mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix thoroughly and form the mixture into patties.
  4. Place the patties in a greased baking dish.

  6. Spread mashed potatoes over the vegetables, covering completely.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
